- 2 entrecôte steaks
- Herb butter
- 800 g potatoes
- Oil
- Salt, pepper
Instructions
- Cut the fries and deep-fry twice (first at 140 °C, then 180 °C).
- Pat the steaks dry and sear hard – 2–3 min. per side.
- Rest for 5 min.
- Serve with herb butter and fries.
