- 1 chicken (parts)
- 500 ml red wine
- 250 g mushrooms
- Pearl onions
- Garlic
- Thyme
Instructions
- Brown the chicken pieces until golden.
- Add the onions and garlic, deglaze with red wine.
- Cover and braise for 60–75 min.
- Fry the mushrooms, add them in and reduce the sauce slightly.
