Instructions

  1. Peel the eggplants in stripes and fry until golden all over.
  2. Fry the ground meat with onion, garlic and tomato until fragrant.
  3. Slit the eggplants lengthwise and fill.
  4. Braise in the oven with a little broth at 190 °C for about 25 min.
