- 4 eggplants
- 400 g ground beef
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- Garlic
- Parsley
Instructions
- Peel the eggplants in stripes and fry until golden all over.
- Fry the ground meat with onion, garlic and tomato until fragrant.
- Slit the eggplants lengthwise and fill.
- Braise in the oven with a little broth at 190 °C for about 25 min.
