Ingredients · for 4 servings
- 600 g ground lamb
- 1 tbsp pul biber
- 1 tsp sumac
- Bulgur
- Pointed peppers
- Onion, parsley
Instructions
- Knead the ground meat well with the spices and grated onion, chill for 30 min.
- Shape around flat skewers.
- Grill or pan-fry 4–5 min. per side.
- Serve with bulgur pilaf and grilled peppers.
