- 1 kg beef
- 750 ml red wine
- 250 g mushrooms
- Pearl onions
- Carrots
- Thyme, bay leaf
Instructions
- Sear the beef cubes hard in batches.
- Add the vegetables, deglaze with red wine.
- Cover and braise gently for 2.5–3 hrs.
- Fry the mushrooms and pearl onions and add at the end.
