Ingredients · for 4 servings
- 1 chicken, cut into pieces
- 10 garlic cloves
150 ml olive oil
100 ml white wine
2 bay leaves- 1 sprig rosemary
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
- Season the chicken pieces with salt and fry in the olive oil until golden brown all over.
- Add the unpeeled, lightly crushed garlic cloves and bay leaves and roast along.
- Deglaze with white wine and let it reduce uncovered for 10 minutes.
- Serve with rosemary and the garlic oil from the pan.
