Instructions

  1. Season the chicken pieces with salt and fry in the olive oil until golden brown all over.
  2. Add the unpeeled, lightly crushed garlic cloves and bay leaves and roast along.
  3. Deglaze with white wine and let it reduce uncovered for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve with rosemary and the garlic oil from the pan.
