Instructions

  1. Knead the beef with egg, soaked bread, 1 garlic clove and parsley, then shape into balls.
  2. Coat in flour and brown all over, then remove.
  3. Sauté onion and garlic, add tomatoes, wine and almonds and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Let the meatballs finish gently in the sauce for 15 minutes.
