Ingredients · for 4 servings
600 g ground beef
1 egg- 2 slices white bread
1 onion
3 garlic cloves- 400 g passata
- 50 g ground almonds
100 ml white wine
Parsley- Flour for coating
Instructions
- Knead the beef with egg, soaked bread, 1 garlic clove and parsley, then shape into balls.
- Coat in flour and brown all over, then remove.
- Sauté onion and garlic, add tomatoes, wine and almonds and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Let the meatballs finish gently in the sauce for 15 minutes.
