- Mushrooms, pearl onions
- Carrots
- Cream, egg yolk
- Rice
Instructions
- Gently poach the veal in broth with vegetables for 1.5 hrs.
- Sauté the mushrooms and onions.
- Thicken the sauce with cream and egg yolk – do not boil.
- Serve with rice.
