- 8 white cabbage leaves
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 bread roll
- 1 onion
- Broth
- Potatoes
Instructions
- Blanch the cabbage leaves, flatten the thick ribs.
- Wrap the ground meat mixture and secure with kitchen twine or skewers.
- Sear all over, pour in broth.
- Cover and braise for 45 min., thicken the sauce.
