- Vinegar marinade
- Root vegetables
- Raisins
- Gingerbread
- Dumplings
Instructions
- Marinate the meat in vinegar-spice marinade for 3–5 days.
- Pat dry and sear well all over.
- Braise with the marinade and vegetables for 2–2.5 hrs.
- Thicken the sauce with gingerbread, serve with red cabbage and dumplings.
