Instructions

  1. Marinate the meat in vinegar-spice marinade for 3–5 days.
  2. Pat dry and sear well all over.
  3. Braise with the marinade and vegetables for 2–2.5 hrs.
  4. Thicken the sauce with gingerbread, serve with red cabbage and dumplings.
