- 800 g beef
- 3 onions
- 2 tbsp paprika powder
- Tomato paste
- Caraway
- Broth
Instructions
- Sear the beef cubes hard in batches.
- Brown plenty of onions, add tomato paste and paprika.
- Deglaze with broth.
- Cover and braise gently for 1.5 hrs. until tender.
