- 500 g ground beef
- 1 stale bread roll
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- Mustard
- Clarified butter
Instructions
- Soak the bread roll and squeeze it out.
- Knead with the ground meat, onion, egg and mustard.
- Shape into flat patties.
- Fry in clarified butter 5–6 min. per side.
