Roast Chicken

Crispy oven-roasted chicken with rosemary potatoes.

Ingredients · for 4 servings

• 1 chicken
• Paprika powder
• Butter
• 800 g potatoes
• Rosemary
• Garlic

Instructions

1. Rub the chicken with spiced butter.
2. Arrange the potato wedges with rosemary around the chicken.
3. Roast at 200 °C for about 60 min. until crisp.
4. Rest for 10 min. and carve.
