- 3 onions
- Red wine, broth
- Mustard
- Spätzle
Instructions
- Slowly fry the onion rings until golden.
- Sear the steaks briefly and hard, keep warm.
- Deglaze the pan drippings with red wine and broth for the gravy.
- Serve with crispy onions and spätzle.
