Ingredients · for 4 servings
- 800 g beef
- 500 g pearl onions
- Red wine, tomato paste
- Cinnamon stick, bay leaf
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Sear the meat, add the onions whole and brown them too.
- Deglaze with red wine, add the tomato paste and spices.
- Cover and braise gently for 1.5–2 hrs.
- Serve with bread or rice.
