- 500 g ground beef
- 1 tbsp semolina
- Onion, garlic
- Piyaz (bean salad)
- Tomato sauce
Instructions
- Knead the ground meat with semolina and spices, rest overnight.
- Shape into thin, oblong kofte.
- Grill briefly over high heat.
- Serve with piyaz and slightly spicy tomato sauce.
