- 500 g lamb or beef
- Butter
- Pul biber
- Cumin
Instructions
- Soak the wheat overnight.
- Cook with the meat for 2 hrs. until soft.
- Pound/beat vigorously until creamy and stretchy.
- Pour over paprika butter.
