Ingredients · for 4 servings
- 1 small white cabbage
- 300 g ground beef
- 1 tbsp red pepper paste
- Bulgur or rice
- Pul biber
Instructions
- Fry the ground meat with onion, toast in the pepper paste.
- Roughly cut the cabbage and add.
- Pour in water, add a little bulgur.
- Braise for 35 min., serve with bread.
