- 2 sole
- Flour
- 100 g butter
- Lemon, capers
- Parsley potatoes
Instructions
- Salt the fish and coat in flour.
- Fry in butter 3–4 min. per side.
- Brown the butter, add the lemon and capers.
- Serve immediately with potatoes.
