Saumon en Papillote

Ingredients · for 4 servings
4 salmon fillets
2 carrots
1 courgette
1 leek
1 lemon
100 ml white wine
40 g butter
1 bunch dill
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
- Cut the vegetables into fine strips (julienne).
- Lay out four large sheets of baking paper and shape a bed of vegetables on each.
- Place a salmon fillet on top, season, and add lemon slices, flakes of butter and dill.
- Pour 2 tbsp white wine over each and fold the paper into a tightly sealed parcel.
- Bake at 200 °C for 15 minutes and open the parcels only at the table.
