Ingredients · for 4 servings

Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables into fine strips (julienne).
  2. Lay out four large sheets of baking paper and shape a bed of vegetables on each.
  3. Place a salmon fillet on top, season, and add lemon slices, flakes of butter and dill.
  4. Pour 2 tbsp white wine over each and fold the paper into a tightly sealed parcel.
  5. Bake at 200 °C for 15 minutes and open the parcels only at the table.
