Instructions

  1. Salt the trout inside and out and turn them in flour.
  2. Fry in 60 g butter for 5 minutes per side until golden, remove and keep warm.
  3. Wipe out the pan and let the remaining butter foam up.
  4. Toast the flaked almonds in it until golden brown.
  5. Deglaze with lemon juice, pour over the trout and serve with parsley.
