Ingredients · for 4 servings
4 cleaned trout
100 g flaked almonds
120 g butter
4 tbsp flour
2 lemons
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
- Salt the trout inside and out and turn them in flour.
- Fry in 60 g butter for 5 minutes per side until golden, remove and keep warm.
- Wipe out the pan and let the remaining butter foam up.
- Toast the flaked almonds in it until golden brown.
- Deglaze with lemon juice, pour over the trout and serve with parsley.
