- 1.5 kg mussels
- 200 ml white wine
- Shallots
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Fries
Instructions
- Clean the mussels, discard any open ones.
- Sauté the shallots and garlic, pour in the wine.
- Add the mussels, cover and steam 6–8 min. until they open.
- Serve with parsley and fries – discard any mussels that stayed closed.
