Instructions

  1. Clean the mussels, discard any open ones.
  2. Sauté the shallots and garlic, pour in the wine.
  3. Add the mussels, cover and steam 6–8 min. until they open.
  4. Serve with parsley and fries – discard any mussels that stayed closed.
