Instructions

  1. Cook the octopus with the onion and bay leaves, covered and without water, for 50 minutes in its own juices.
  2. Let it cool and separate the tentacles.
  3. Marinate for 30 minutes in olive oil, vinegar and oregano.
  4. Grill for 3 minutes per side over very high heat until charred marks appear.
  5. Serve with lemon, coarse salt and olive oil.
