- 2 fish fillets (cod or similar)
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- Olives
- Olive oil, lemon
Instructions
- Sauté the onions, simmer down the tomatoes briefly.
- Place the fish in the dish, top with the vegetables.
- Add the olives and oil.
- Bake at 190 °C for 25 min.
