Ingredients · for 2 servings
- 300 g shrimp
- 400 g tomatoes
- 150 g feta
- Garlic
- Ouzo (optional)
- Parsley
Instructions
- Sauté the garlic, simmer the tomatoes into a sauce.
- Briefly cook the shrimp in, optionally deglazing with ouzo.
- Crumble the feta over the top.
- Bake 8–10 min. in the oven, serve with bread.
