Pan-fried trout in brown butter with almonds and parsley potatoes.

- 2 trout
- Flour
- 100 g butter
- Sliced almonds
- Lemon
- Parsley potatoes
Instructions
- Splash the trout with acid, salt and coat in flour.
- Fry in butter 4–5 min. per side until golden.
- Toast the almonds in the butter.
- Serve with almond butter, lemon and potatoes.
