Instructions

  1. Soak the matjes fillets in cold water for 30 minutes, then pat dry.
  2. Cut the apples, onions and cucumber into fine strips.
  3. Stir the sour cream together with the yoghurt, sugar and pepper.
  4. Fold everything together gently and chill for at least 3 hours.
  5. Sprinkle with dill and serve with boiled potatoes.
