- 300 g spaghetti
- 1 kg clams
- Garlic
- White wine
- Parsley
- Chili
Instructions
- Soak the clams, discard any open ones.
- Sauté the garlic and chili in oil, add the clams and wine.
- Cover and steam until the clams open.
- Toss in the spaghetti, serve with parsley.
