Instructions

  1. Wash the anchovies and pat them thoroughly dry.
  2. Turn them in the flour and shake off the excess.
  3. Deep-fry in batches in hot oil for 2 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  4. Season with salt and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
