Ingredients · for 4 servings
- 400 g white beans
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp red pepper paste
- Butter
- Rice pilaf
Instructions
- Sauté the onion in butter, toast in the tomato and pepper paste.
- Add the beans and broth.
- Simmer gently for 45 min., until the sauce is thick.
- Serve with rice pilaf and pickled peppers.
