Instructions

  1. Soak the bread in water and blend the almonds finely with the garlic.
  2. Add the bread, slowly drizzle in the olive oil, season with vinegar and salt.
  3. Thin with ice-cold water to the desired consistency.
  4. Serve well chilled with halved grapes and a drizzle of olive oil.
