Ingredients · for 4 servings
600 g fresh tuna
800 g potatoes
1 onion
1 green bell pepper
2 tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp paprika
1 dried choricero pepper (or pepper paste)
800 ml fish stock
Instructions
- Sauté the onion, bell pepper and garlic in olive oil.
- Add the tomatoes and paprika, toast briefly.
- Break the potatoes into chunks (do not cut them), pour in the stock and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add the tuna cubes and let them poach for just 3–4 minutes.
- Season to taste and serve straight from the pot.
