Instructions

  1. Sauté the onion, bell pepper and garlic in olive oil.
  2. Add the tomatoes and paprika, toast briefly.
  3. Break the potatoes into chunks (do not cut them), pour in the stock and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Add the tuna cubes and let them poach for just 3–4 minutes.
  5. Season to taste and serve straight from the pot.
