- 3 leek stalks
- 400 g potatoes
- Vegetable broth
- Cream
- Chives
Instructions
- Sauté the leek, add the potatoes and broth.
- Simmer for 20 min. until soft and purée finely.
- Stir in the cream and chill.
- Serve ice-cold with chives.
