- 300 g split peas
- 4 beef sausages
- Carrots, leek, celery
- Potatoes
- Marjoram
Instructions
- Bring the peas with the soup vegetables to a boil in broth.
- Simmer for 45 min. until soft, purée partially.
- Cook the diced potatoes in as well.
- Warm the sausages, season with marjoram.
