Potato Soup

Creamy potato soup with soup vegetables and croutons.

Ingredients · for 4 servings

• 800 g potatoes
• 2 carrots
• 1 leek stalk
• 1 l vegetable broth
• Cream
• Croutons

Instructions

1. Sauté the vegetables, add the diced potatoes.
2. Pour in the broth and simmer for 20 min. until soft.
3. Purée partially, stir in the cream.
4. Serve with croutons and parsley.
