- 800 g potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 leek stalk
- 1 l vegetable broth
- Cream
- Croutons
Instructions
- Sauté the vegetables, add the diced potatoes.
- Pour in the broth and simmer for 20 min. until soft.
- Purée partially, stir in the cream.
- Serve with croutons and parsley.
