Ingredients · for 4 servings
- 250 g red lentils
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- Lemon
- Mint, butter
Instructions
- Sauté the onion and carrot, briefly toast in the tomato paste.
- Add the lentils and 1 l water, simmer for 20 min. until soft.
- Purée finely and season with salt.
- Serve with mint butter and a lemon wedge.
