Instructions

  1. Sauté the onion and carrot, briefly toast in the tomato paste.
  2. Add the lentils and 1 l water, simmer for 20 min. until soft.
  3. Purée finely and season with salt.
  4. Serve with mint butter and a lemon wedge.
