- 500 g yogurt
- 100 g rice
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp flour
- Mint, butter
Instructions
- Cook the rice until soft in broth.
- Whisk the yogurt smooth with egg and flour, stir in.
- Heat while stirring – do not let it boil.
- Serve with mint butter.
