- 200 g rice
- 200 g ground beef
- Chickpeas
- 1 kg yogurt
- Mint butter
Instructions
- Roll the rice and ground meat into pea-sized balls.
- Cook in broth with chickpeas.
- Stir in the yogurt-egg mixture, do not let it boil.
- Serve with mint butter.
