- Rice
- 2 potatoes, 2 carrots
- 1 egg, 1 lemon (liaison)
- Mint
Instructions
- Shape small kofte with rice.
- Parboil the vegetables in broth, add the kofte.
- Stir in the egg-lemon liaison while whisking.
- Serve with mint – pleasantly tangy.
