- 1 stewing hen
- Tomato paste, red pepper paste
- Pul biber
- Flour, water, salt (dough)
- Lemon
Instructions
- Cook the hen and shred it, season the broth boldly.
- Lightly thicken with a roux, season to be quite spicy.
- Cook the dough, pour into a dish, cut into cubes once cold.
- Swallow the dough cubes with the hot soup – don't chew!
