- 300 g fine bulgur
- 300 g ground beef
- Chickpeas
- Tomato paste
- Mint
Instructions
- Knead a dough from the bulgur, shape small and stuffed kofte.
- Bring meat broth with tomato paste to a boil.
- Add the chickpeas and kofte.
- Simmer for 20 min., serve with mint butter.
