- 500 g lamb
- 150 g rice
- 6 cloves garlic
- Pul biber, chili oil
- Lamb broth
Instructions
- Simmer the lamb until tender and shred, reserve the broth.
- Cook the rice in the broth.
- Bring the meat, rice, garlic and chili to a boil over a flame in the serving bowl.
- Serve bubbling hot with lavash.
