Instructions

  1. Score the tomatoes crosswise, blanch them briefly, peel and dice them.
  2. Sweat onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
  3. Add the tomatoes, season with sugar and salt and reduce for 15 minutes.
  4. Pour in the stock and cook the rice in it for 15 minutes until tender.
  5. Season with oregano and pepper.
  6. Serve with crumbled feta, basil and olive oil.
