Ingredients · for 4 servings
1 kg mixed fish
3 potatoes
2 onions
2 carrots
2 tomatoes
2 lemons
150 ml olive oil
1 bunch parsley
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
- Layer the onions, carrots and potatoes in a pot.
- Cover with water, add the olive oil and cook for 20 minutes.
- Add the grated tomatoes and simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Lay the fish pieces on top and poach them gently for 12 minutes – do not stir.
- Season with plenty of lemon juice, parsley and olive oil.
