Ingredients · for 4 servings

Instructions

  1. Layer the onions, carrots and potatoes in a pot.
  2. Cover with water, add the olive oil and cook for 20 minutes.
  3. Add the grated tomatoes and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  4. Lay the fish pieces on top and poach them gently for 12 minutes – do not stir.
  5. Season with plenty of lemon juice, parsley and olive oil.
