Instructions

  1. Heat the cream with vanilla.
  2. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar, stir in the hot cream.
  3. Set in ramekins in a water bath at 150 °C for about 40 min.
  4. Chill, sprinkle with sugar and caramelize.
