- 500 g mascarpone
- 4 egg yolks
- Ladyfingers
- 300 ml espresso
- Sugar
- Cocoa
Instructions
- Beat the egg yolks with sugar until creamy, fold in the mascarpone.
- Briefly dip the ladyfingers in espresso.
- Layer alternately with the cream.
- Chill for at least 4 hrs., dust with cocoa.
