- 500 ml cream
- 80 g sugar
- 1 vanilla bean
- 4 sheets gelatin
- Berries
Instructions
- Heat the cream with sugar and vanilla.
- Dissolve the soaked gelatin in it.
- Pour into ramekins and chill for 4 hrs.
- Unmold and serve with berry sauce.
