Instructions

  1. Boil the water with salt, stir in the flour all at once and cook to a smooth dough.
  2. Let the dough cool slightly and fill it into a piping bag with a star nozzle.
  3. Pipe strips straight into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  4. Roll in sugar.
  5. For the chocolate, heat the milk, melt the chocolate and thicken with the slaked cornstarch.
