Churros con Chocolate

Ingredients · for 4 servings
- 250 ml water
250 g flour
1 pinch of salt- Olive oil for frying
- Sugar for rolling
200 g dark chocolate- 300 ml milk
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Boil the water with salt, stir in the flour all at once and cook to a smooth dough.
- Let the dough cool slightly and fill it into a piping bag with a star nozzle.
- Pipe strips straight into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- Roll in sugar.
- For the chocolate, heat the milk, melt the chocolate and thicken with the slaked cornstarch.
