Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until very foamy.
  2. Carefully fold in the almonds, lemon zest and cinnamon.
  3. Pour into a greased springform tin and bake at 180 °C for 35 minutes.
  4. Let it cool completely.
  5. Place a cross stencil on top and dust generously with icing sugar.
