Instructions

  1. Stir the cream cheese with the sugar and salt until smooth.
  2. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then the cream and the sifted flour.
  3. Line a springform tin with baking paper that overhangs the rim.
  4. Bake at 220 °C for 50 minutes until the surface is deep dark brown.
  5. Let it cool completely – the centre may wobble and stays creamy.
